What happens if I exceed my plan's property limit?
You have a 7-day grace period to either upgrade or remove properties. After that, the extra properties become read-only until you upgrade — your data is never deleted.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All plans are billed monthly in CAD. Applicable GST/HST is calculated automatically at checkout.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer a free trial?
The Free plan is permanent — no trial, no credit card. Track up to 2 properties for as long as you like.
Is my data safe if I downgrade?
Absolutely. All data stays intact. If you downgrade below your property count, extras go read-only after the grace period until you upgrade or remove them.
